Transient faults such as lightning flashover, foreign object contact and voltage fluctuation frequently occur in industrial, commercial and rural power distribution systems. 1. Working Principle

Designed for 400V three-phase low voltage power system, it follows three operating steps:
  1. Tripping: The switch cuts off three phases synchronously once short circuit, overload, phase loss, overvoltage, undervoltage or leakage happens.
  2. Delayed reclosing: After adjustable delay of 20 to 60 seconds, the device automatically closes the switch again.
  3. Fault judgment: It resumes normal operation if the fault is transient. It locks reclosing function permanently and sends alarm signal when facing permanent fault to avoid repeated impact on electrical equipment.

4. Common Misunderstanding Clarification
