Product Model and Meaning
Scope of Application
Low-voltage switchgear. Featuring a secondary separation and modular design concept, the secondary module supports hot-swappable components for flexible maintenance. In addition to standard overload, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection functions, it also provides energy metering, contact temperature monitoring protection, topology signal transmission and recognition, voltage qualification rate statistics, power quality analysis, event logging, and real-time reporting.
The product utilizes industrial-grade high-performance microprocessors and high-precision analog-to-digital converters, offering robust data processing capabilities, communication functions, and high-precision sampling. It incorporates a compact power carrier module with local RS485 and carrier communication interfaces. When paired with smart integrated substation terminals, it supports advanced IoT applications in new power system scenarios. Suitable for AC 50Hz grids with rated insulation voltage 1000V, rated current 100A-630A, and rated operating voltage 400V or below. Equipped with intelligent tripping mechanisms, this circuit breaker not only expands the adjustable current range but also features three-tier protection: long-duration overload protection, short-duration short-circuit protection, and instantaneous short-circuit protection.
Service Environment
Regular service conditions:
- The upper limit of ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, and the lower limit should not be lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃. Note: Circuit breakers used in ambient air temperatures above +40℃ or below -5℃ should be consulted with the manufacturer.
- The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;
- The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% at the highest ambient temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity may occur at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at 20℃), and condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes should be taken into account.

- Altitude: the altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;
- Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the installation site should not exceed 80% when the surrounding maximum temperature is +40℃; when the average minimum temperature of the wettest month is +25℃, the average maximum relative humidity of the month should be 90%, and the condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature change should be considered.

The overload protection is based on the inverse time characteristic: T= (6lrl/l)2 * tL, delay accuracy: ± 10% where T is the action time, Irl is the long delay protection setting, I is the fault current, and tL is the long delay time setting.
◆ Short circuit short delay protection
Short-circuit short-time delay protection prevents impedance short circuits in power distribution systems, with the tripping delay designed to achieve selective protection.

◆ Autoreclose circuit breaker
When residual current exceeds the set trip current threshold, the circuit breaker will trip. After 20-60 seconds, it can automatically reclose, but manual closing is not time-limited. If the fault current is cleared within 5 seconds after closing, the operation is successful and the breaker resumes normal operation. If the fault current persists, the breaker will trip again and remain locked, preventing automatic reclosing. In such cases, manual closing must be performed.
◆ Overvoltage protection
When the line phase voltage exceeds the overvoltage protection threshold, the circuit breaker trips. Once the voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can be manually closed and put back into service. The overvoltage protection setting ranges from 231V to 330V, with a trip time range of 0 to 999 seconds. The factory default settings are 282V and a 2-second trip time, but users can customize or disable the protection as needed.
◆ Undervoltage protection
When the line phase voltage falls below the undervoltage protection threshold, the circuit breaker trips. Once the voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can be manually closed and put back into service. The undervoltage protection setting ranges from 101V to 209V, with a trip time range of 0 to 999 seconds. The factory default is 187V with a 2-second trip time, but users can customize or disable the protection as needed.
◆ Phase loss protection
When a phase failure occurs at the power supply end of the line, the circuit breaker protection will trip. Once the line voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can be manually closed and put into operation. The phase failure protection setting ranges from 10V to 100V, with the trip time adjustable from 0 to 999 seconds. The factory default settings are 30V with a 2-second trip time, though users may customize or disable the protection as needed.

Usage and Maintenance
◆ Precautions for unpacking inspection
Check for any damage to the appearance during transportation, such as shell damage. In addition to the switch body, the instruction manual and the certificate of conformity, the packaging box should also have the screws, nuts and accessories for installation and use.
◆ Install and Connect
Install on a flame-retardant material such as metal; the switch can be installed vertically or horizontally.
◆ Maintenance
Maintenance must be carried out by professional technicians. Switch maintenance is carried out once a year under normal operating conditions and once every six months under abnormal conditions. The maintenance contents are as follows:
- Repeat the operation of closing, opening, and tripping the switch. When closing the switch, use the red emergency release button to trip the switch. The operation should be repeated 5 times, and the switch should reliably perform the actions of closing, opening, tripping, and releasing;
- Clean the surface and joints of the switch with a clean, dry cloth;
- Clean the arc shield plate and replace it if necessary;
- Check all connections, wipe off oxides with gauze, clean with a solvent, and tighten bolts and nuts;
- If the switch is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, the switch should be operated three times with the manual operating mechanism, and the operating rod or handle should move freely;
- If the switch is equipped with an electric operating mechanism, the electric operating mechanism shall be used to open and close the switch three times, and the electric operating control function shall be normal.
Transportation and Storage
◆ Transportation
During transportation, the product must be protected from water, rain, snow, or corrosive liquids such as chemical solvents, and from strong impacts between objects. Impact and compression protection; stack according to the packaging instructions, and the number of layers is indicated on the outer box.
◆ Keep in Storage
- Storage environment: ambient temperature -10℃~+45℃;
- Relative humidity ≤90% (at ambient temperature of +20℃);
- The storage place should be free of dust and conductive dust;
- No corrosive, flammable or explosive gases, and no rain or snow invasion;
- Good drying and ventilation;
- Stack the package according to the direction indicated on the package, and do not stack higher than the number marked on the outer packaging box.
Matters Need Attention
- The company shall not be liable for non-quality issues caused by improper installation or usage, or for terminal burnout due to wiring errors, under the "Three Guarantees" policy.
