Product Structure
The circuit breaker has a compact structure, small volume, and features three-dimensional separation. The contact system is enclosed in an insulated base and bottom plate with a partition structure. Each phase contact is separated to form individual small chambers. The intelligent controller, operating mechanism, handle, and motor operating mechanism are arranged in sequence in front of it to form independent units.
1. Fixed-type Circuit Breaker
The fixed-type circuit breaker consists of the circuit breaker body and fixed installation side plates. The fixed installation side plates are used to install and fix the relative position of the circuit breaker in the switch cabinet.

Intelligent Controller
Power Supply Conditions for Normal Operation of the Intelligent Controller:
The working power of the intelligent controller is supplied by current transformers and an auxiliary power supply. To ensure reliable operation at small currents and reliable breaking in case of faults, a dual-power simultaneous supply method is adopted, as follows:
1. Circuit Breaker CT Power Supply
Power is supplied through the current transformer (CT) inside the circuit breaker. The normal working conditions of the controller are as follows:
For the M-type controller (2000A frame circuit breaker): When the rated current In of the circuit breaker is greater than 400A, the single-phase primary current of the main circuit is not less than 0.8In, and the three-phase primary current is not less than 0.4In; when In = 400A, the single-phase primary current is not less than 1.0In, and the three-phase primary current is not less than 0.6In.
2. Auxiliary Power Supply
Terminals 1 and 2 of the controller are for the auxiliary power supply. The normal working condition of the controller is (85% - 110%) Ue. AC or DC power supply voltages: AC230V, AC400V, DC220V, DC110V. When connecting the power supply, connect to the power supply suitable for the controller.
When using functions such as ground protection, communication, thermal memory, or requiring the circuit breaker to maintain input and output signals in the open state, an auxiliary power supply must be equipped.
3. Panel Power Supply
For the M-type controller, power can also be connected through the DC24V power terminal on the panel. It is used when there is no power in the grid or during no-load operation, and the controller has no power supply, to check the controller (normal status, parameters, etc.). Voltage at the test port: DC24V ± 5%.
