    ◆ Autoreclose circuit breaker

    When residual current exceeds the set trip current threshold, the circuit breaker will trip. After 20-60 seconds, it can automatically reclose, but manual closing is not time-limited. If the fault current is cleared within 5 seconds after closing, the operation is successful and the breaker resumes normal operation. If the fault current persists, the breaker will trip again and remain locked, preventing automatic reclosing. In such cases, manual closing must be performed.

    ◆ Overvoltage protection

    When the line phase voltage exceeds the overvoltage protection threshold, the circuit breaker trips. Once the voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can be manually closed and put back into service. The overvoltage protection setting ranges from 231V to 330V, with a trip time range of 0 to 999 seconds. The factory default settings are 282V and a 2-second trip time, but users can customize or disable the protection as needed.

    ◆ Undervoltage protection

    When the line phase voltage falls below the undervoltage protection threshold, the circuit breaker trips.     ◆ Precautions for unpacking inspection

    Check for any damage to the appearance during transportation, such as shell damage. In addition to the switch body, the instruction manual and the certificate of conformity, the packaging box should also have the screws, nuts and accessories for installation and use.

    ◆ Install and Connect
    • Install on a flame-retardant material such as metal.
    • The switch can be installed vertically or horizontally.
    ◆ Maintenance

    Maintenance must be carried out by professional technicians. Switch maintenance is carried out once a year under normal operating conditions and once every six months under abnormal conditions. The maintenance contents are as follows:

    • Repeat the operation of closing, opening, and tripping the switch. When closing the switch, use the red emergency release button to trip the switch. The operation should be repeated 5 times, and the switch should reliably perform the actions of closing, opening, tripping, and releasing;
    • Clean the surface and joints of the switch with a clean, dry cloth;
    • Clean the arc shield plate and replace it if necessary;
    • Check all connections, wipe off oxides with gauze, clean with a solvent, and tighten bolts and nuts;
    • If the switch is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, the switch should be operated three times with the manual operating mechanism, and the operating rod or handle should move freely;
    • If the switch is equipped with an electric operating mechanism, the electric operating mechanism shall be used to open and close the switch three times, and the electric operating control function shall be normal.
