China CBRB7L RCBO Suppliers - Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overcurrent Protection from Trusted Factory
Main purpose & scope of applications
The CBRB7L Residual Current Circuit Breaker (hereinafter “the RCCB”) is engineered for use in AC 50 Hz distribution circuits. It has a rated operational voltage of 230 V for single-pole two-wire and two-pole configurations, and 400V for three-pole and three-pole four-wire configurations. It supports rated currents up to 63 A and its service short-circuit breaking capacity does not exceed 6000 A. When leakage current exceeds the specified threshold or a person is exposed to electric shock, the RCCB rapidly disconnects the faulty supply to protect both personnel and electrical equipment.
The RCCB provides overload, short-circuit, residual-current (leakage), and overvoltage protection functions (the latter only on single-pole two-wire and two-pole models). It can be used to protect circuits or motors against overload and short-circuit faults, and under normal conditions may serve for infrequent circuit switching.
Note: This product complies with the following standards: GB/T16917.1, GB/T16917.22.

Installation & adjustment
b. Verify that the device’s nameplate ratings and markings match the intended operating conditions.
2. During installation of the RCCB, observe the terminal markings and ensure that the incoming neutral conductor “N” is reliably grounded to avoid miswiring. Special note: Power must be connected as follows: For 1P+N and 2P devices, connect to a 230V supply. For 3P, 3P+N or 4P devices, mount and wire Phase A (the left-most pole) and Phase C to a 400V supply. Otherwise the leakage-protection function will not operate.
- a. Align the mounting slot of the RCCB with the lower end of the mounting rail (slightly tilted to the right, see the dashed line in Fig 2). Push the residual current circuit breaker upward in the direction of arrow 1, and press the recess in the direction of arrow 2 to position it onto the upper end of the mounting rail. Release your hand to complete the installation.
- b. Perform the reverse of the installation process: push the RCCB upward in the direction of arrow 1, and rotate it in the opposite direction of arrow 2 to remove it from the mounting rail.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The CBRB7L RCCB provides comprehensive protection against overload, short-circuit, residual-current (leakage), and overvoltage. Note that overvoltage protection is only available on single-pole two-wire (1P+N) and two-pole (2P) models.
This residual current circuit breaker complies with the national standards GB/T16917.1 and GB/T16917.22.
It is recommended to test the RCCB for reliable leakage protection performance generally once a month (and immediately after a new installation) by pressing the test button while the breaker is in the closed (ON) position.
For 3P, 3P+N, or 4P configurations, you must mount and wire Phase A (the left-most pole) and Phase C to a 400V supply. If this is not done correctly, the leakage-protection function will not operate. Always ensure the incoming neutral conductor "N" is reliably grounded.
No. The leakage, overload, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection settings are preset at the factory and must not be adjusted. The device is non-serviceable and should not be opened or repaired; if it is damaged, it must be replaced.
