◆Time-delay characteristics
The overload protection is based on the inverse time characteristic:
The delay time T is calculated as(6Irl/l)2tl, with a tolerance of ±10%.Here,T represents the action time, Irl is the long delay protection setting, I denotes the fault current, and tl, is the long delay time setting.
◆Short circuit short delay protection
Short delay protection prevents impedance short circuit in the power distribution system, and the trip delay is to achieve selective protection .

When the residual current exceeds the floating threshold of a setting without reaching its activation level and remains stable for 60 seconds, the setting is raised by one level. This process continues until reaching the maximum setting. Conversely, when the residual current falls below the floating threshold of the next lower setting and remains stable for 120 seconds, the setting is lowered by one level. This sequence repeats until reaching the minimum setting. Taking the 'Automatic 2" setting with an initial residual current of 100mA as an example: When the circuit breaker is energized, the setting automatically resets to 300mAIf the residual current increases to over 150mA and remains stable for 60 seconds, the setting changes to 500mA. When the residual current decreases below 150mA and stays stable for 120 seconds, the setting adjusts to 200mA.
◆Autoreclose circuit breaker
When residual current exceeds the set trip current threshold. the circuit breaker will trip. After 20-60 seconds, it can automatically reclose, though manual reclosing is unrestricted if the fault curent disappears within 5 seconds after reclosing, the operation is successful and the breaker resumes normal operation. If the fault persists, the breaker will trip again and remain locked, preventing automatic reclosing. In such cases, manual reclosing must be performed.
◆Over-voltage protection
When the line phase voltage exceeds the over-voltage protection setting, the circuit breaker trips. Once the voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker automatically recloses and resumes operation. The over-voltage protection range is 231V to 330V, with a factory default of 275v. Users can adjust or disable the protection as needed.
◆Under-voltage protection
The circuit breaker rips when the phase voltage falls below the under-voltage protection setting. Once the voltage returns to normal, the breaker automatically recloses. The under-voltage protection range is 88V to 209v, with a factory default of 145v, Users can adjust or disable the protection as needed.
◆Phase loss protection
When a phase is missing at the power supply end of the line, the circuit breaker protection trips. After the line recovers to normal voltage, it can be automatically closed and put into operation. The setting range of phase loss protection is 10V~130V, and the factory setting is 30V. Users can set or disable the protection themselves.
◆Linked Protection
The linkage inter face can be used to coordinate with other fire fighting equipment for protection as follows;

Note: Prolonged short-circuiting will keep the circuit breaker in the open state.
◆Cost control protection
This product can be connected to a fee-controlled meter as an external circuit breaker, compatible with both pule-type and level-type fee-controlled meters. To activate this feature, the switch must be configured in fee-controlled mode and the interlock permission must be enabled. When operating in fee-controlled mode, the interlock protection function automatically deactivates. Manual or automatic closing cannot be per formed without a fee-controlled signal from the meter. Forced closing will trigger an automatic disconnection.
◆Time control protection
This product is designed for scenarios requiring timed operation, such as smart street lighting systems and campus energy management solutions. When operating in time-controlled mode, users can configure stat and end times for circuit closure. The device supports four preset time windows. During these periods, it automatically closes the circuit if no faults are detected. In case of safety issues (e.g., over-voltage, under-voltage, or leakage current), the system activates protective measures and reopens automatically after conditions improve. Outside these windows, the device automatically locks out. For emergency power supply during such periods, users must switch to normal operation mode before closing the circuit. Failure to do so will trigger automatic disconnection.
